Terms and Conditions
Flirt and Serve is Melbourne’s premier provider of topless and nude waitresses, poker dealers, strippers and fantasy shows for bucks parties, birthdays, boys weekends and private events. By making a booking with Flirt and Serve you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect clients, entertainers and the agency, and to ensure that every event runs smoothly, safely and professionally.

1. Bookings
All bookings must be made directly with Flirt and Serve by phone, email, or through our website. A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received. Until the deposit is paid entertainers are not reserved and may accept other work. Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to availability.

2. Deposits
A deposit is required for every booking. The deposit secures your entertainers and ensures their availability. Deposits are non refundable except in the rare case where Flirt and Serve cancels the booking and no replacement entertainer can be provided. In that case your deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Balance Payment
The balance of the booking must be paid in cash before entertainers begin their shift. Cash is the standard and preferred method of payment for all bookings. In limited cases a bank transfer may be accepted if arranged in advance. No entertainment will commence until the balance has been paid in full.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days before the event results in the loss of the deposit but no further payment is required. In some circumstances a credit may be applied for a future booking.
If Flirt and Serve cancels due to entertainer illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances we will attempt to arrange a replacement entertainer. If no replacement is available, your deposit will be refunded.
If entertainers leave early due to unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behaviour, the full fee remains payable and no refund will be given.

5. Pricing and Services
Flirt and Serve provides topless and nude waitresses, strippers, duo shows, lesbian fantasy shows, topless poker dealers, themed shows, and custom entertainment packages.
Topless and nude waitresses are booked by the hour with a two hour minimum.
Strip shows are booked per performance and normally last between fifteen and twenty minutes.
Lap dances and private dances may be offered by entertainers as extras and are paid in cash directly to the entertainer. These are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of each performer.
All services are quoted individually. Prices depend on the type of service, number of entertainers, hours booked, and the event location.

6. Upgrades and Extras
Clients may request upgrades such as switching from topless to nude waitressing, adding a fantasy show, or arranging additional lap dances. Upgrades are only possible if entertainers agree and must be paid in cash before they begin. Not all entertainers provide nude service or lap dances. If these are important for your booking they must be requested at the time of enquiry.

7. Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for all bookings outside Melbourne CBD. Travel is quoted individually at the time of booking and is based on distance, travel time, tolls and scheduling. Travel fees must be paid in full before entertainers commence work.

8. Mixed Crowds
Events with mixed groups of men and women may require additional fees. Entertainers may adapt their performances for mixed audiences which requires extra preparation. Mixed crowd fees will be quoted individually at the time of booking.

9. Guest Behaviour
All guests must behave respectfully towards entertainers at all times. Harassment, intimidation, aggressive conduct, excessive drunkenness, unwanted touching, illegal requests or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.

If an individual guest behaves inappropriately, that guest may be removed from the party. If the environment remains unsafe or hostile, all entertainers will leave immediately. In such cases the full booking fee still applies and no refunds will be given.

10. Touching and Consent
Guests are not permitted to touch entertainers unless it is part of a clearly booked act and the performer has given explicit consent. During lap dances, guests must remain seated and keep their hands to themselves unless the entertainer invites interaction.

11. Performer Rights and Safety
Entertainers have the right to stop a show or leave an event immediately if they feel unsafe, harassed, or disrespected. The full fee remains payable. Entertainers also have the right to refuse requests that are unsafe, illegal, or not included in the agreed booking.

12. Photography and Recording
Photography, video, and recording of entertainers is strictly prohibited unless Flirt and Serve and the entertainer give prior written consent. If a guest is caught taking unauthorised photos or videos the show will end immediately, all entertainers will leave, and the full fee will still apply. Legal action may also follow under Victorian privacy law.

13. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide a safe and suitable venue for entertainers. This includes:
• Safe and accessible parking.
• A private area for entertainers to change.
• A performance space that is safe, private and not in public view.
• A sound system or safe space for music if required.
If the venue is unsafe or unsuitable entertainers may refuse to start or may leave early. In such cases the full fee still applies.

14. Minimum Age
All guests must be at least eighteen years of age. Entertainers may request proof of identification.

15. Legal Compliance
Flirt and Serve is an entertainment agency only. Escorting and sexual services are not provided under any circumstances. All services comply with Victorian law.

16. Contractor Status
All entertainers are independent contractors engaged by Flirt and Serve. They are not employees. Flirt and Serve manages bookings, payments and communication but performers operate under their own professional status and ABN.

17. Confidentiality
All booking details are kept private and confidential. Flirt and Serve never shares your information with third parties.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between Flirt and Serve, the client and the entertainers. By making a booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
